I sat this night and watched the moon

Aside the banks of murmured truths

Her pale glow dim lit my space

And for a moment paused upon my face

She read my thoughts and secret dreams

She knew my pain and minds unease

She told the wind who whispered far

Go gently child brave of heart

Let the good name stand long

Fore it brings hope to us all

Think not of distortion

Bring no cloud to the door

Fore in times time

The time keeper called

Passing silver threads

To all whom adored

And i sat still

As i sat there long

With a song of remembrance

For the pale pallid dawn:
