The midnight blue

Sang a sunrise tune

While insanely sane

Collected the morning dew

Dappled dimple

Thought something simple

As impossibly possible

Served the tomorrows news

Inside outside

Searched for truth

Leaving callously careful

Somewhat bemused

Then round the bush

Came straight to the point

About the inns and outs

Of life from a toy

And the eye did not blink

And the mouth did not move

And the fist did not clench

And the heart was not stone

And the smiles were more real

Than since whenever before

Fore the family here gathered

With a new day at our door:
